Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Client Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and areas requiring support.
Therapy and Counseling: Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Treatment Planning: Develop and implement effective treatment plans, setting clear goals and objectives in collaboration with clients.
Case Management: Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, agencies, and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to client well-being.
Progress Monitoring: Regularly evaluate and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
Crisis Intervention: Respond to crisis situations with clients, providing immediate support and stabilization as needed.
Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients' needs and rights within the healthcare system and community, ensuring access to necessary services and supports.
Professional Development: Stay informed of the latest developments and best practices in mental health through ongoing education and professional growth.

NIE Behavioral Health is in search of an outpatient clinician to join our practice.
We are currently looking for a team-oriented, exceptional, and compassionate individual
with a diverse clinical skillset to join our clinic.
Must hold at least one of these licensures (LMHC/MHC, MSW/LCSW/LICSW, MFT/LMFT)
Flexible hours, with competitive pay! We offer both in-person and telehealth services. Must
be licensed in the state of Massachusetts.
We provide top-quality diagnostic assessment, medication management, psychotherapy,
mind-body services, and other holistic services to folks of all ages with a diverse range of
